Chef Luis’ first chef venture was as Head Chef at Lilo’s Italian Restaurant. Eventually he worked at Cinderella’s Royal Table and at The Grand Floridian Narcoossee’s Seafood Restaurant. After moving ‘down under’ to New Zealand he worked as Sous Chef for Speakers Corner British Pub and Browns Bay Brewing Co. He has also done work with New Zealand’s well-known Chef, Simon Gault.
